The thing about working with kids is that one has to be a kid. I have a child-like imagination which allows me to totally get into their heads. We let them play; we let them work it out; we are flies on the wall shooting all the while. The magic happens when their cogs are turning, not when they are being told what to do. We light the space loosely, and we give them room and encouragement. From there, our patience and ability to capture decisive moments are what make the difference.
