Thank you for considering us for your project. Producing this type of job is right in our wheelhouse. Two elements are very important to me on this one. First is, creating a library of still and live-action assets which tell Cheena's story, and second, making sure that she has a good time doing it. We discussed a variety of things on the call, I will summarize some of those things here again.
I am a people person; my whole career has been filming and photographing people from all walks of life. I will take personal responsibility for making sure Cheena is comfortable and taken care of because that will transmit into the final product. As mentioned on our call, we will make sure we have plenty of options for the vignettes that we are aligned to shoot. They will be prepped in advance, so she does not get bored, and we keep the flow of the day going. We work in a close, collaborative fashion with the creative team as well, so we are presenting one common front for Cheena and her family.
The scope of the project calls for capturing stills and live action. Mixing mediums is our specialty; it is part of our process; it is our DNA. Here are a few insights into how we approach these projects. First off, I like shooting a lot. There will be no shortage of setups or expressions. We usually film the live-action sequence first and work through all the actions and variations. Once we are happy with a shot, we switch to the stills and emulate the same actions. Doing it this way shortcuts a lot of time, and we tend to move faster. We will be photographing each setup in this fashion as this tends to generate the most content most expediently. Sometimes we bounce back and forth between mediums if the moment is there. We like to keep it fluid so we can move fast. We will also look for natural spots to record her lines, whether they are wild or on camera. We keep a very tight team that works together regularly, which also helps us move quickly without words even being spoken. We will shoot this live-action on a Red Helium, which records in 8k, allowing us a lot of flexibility in post. For each shot, we will get enough coverage that if you end up wanting to cut a longer story, you will have the elements.
