Short of the FedEx woman and the lunch delivery man this is everyone who stepped into the studio on January 27, 2012.
This series won 3rd place in the 2011 APA|NY Photo Contest.
We just came across this entry that won third place in the APA/NY contest at the end of last year. These images are from a series of very honest portraits that I shot of seniors at Bishop Lynch High School. The beauty in the real and authentic are an inspiration for my commercial work.
As we were cleaning up at the end of the year we came upon the “Film Fridge” at the studio. It was still plugged in and humming. Looking in it, I realized that the day I switched to digital back in 06 or whenever it was, I never looked back. Thousands of dollars and probably close to a thousand rolls of film untouched and unused. I shot this portrait of the fridge in the waning days of 2011 and sold the fridge for $20. Most of the film is sitting in a box and I am framing a brick of Kodachrome- I’ll share it when I get it back from the framer.

We were asked to photograph Keith for this ad while on a TV shoot this past summer in Albany, NY. This is my second time working with Keith in the past few months and I have got to say that he is a really great guy. He is a consummate professional that is friendly and approachable. When its game time he is “ON”. We stuck around to watch him perform that night and it brought home why he is who he is. He is a great live performer.
