This dilapidated mansion once was the home of Panama’s former leader, Manuel Noriega. On my last trip there I was consumed by it and ventured back to it every free moment we had. Panama’s government has been trying to sell for 2.5 million. Would you buy it? It was used for the big party scene in the last James Bond movie Quantum of Solace.
